Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences

HOPE is an intentional shift in how we orient to experiences that build health and well-being. This interactive training explores how Positive Experiences shape lifelong well-being and buffer against the impact of Adverse Experiences. While much of the conversation focuses on supporting young people, emerging research shows these principles apply across the lifespan. Participants will learn practical ways to help people of all ages thrive and build resilience in the face of challenges.

Participants will gain a conceptual framework for:

  • Recognizing and creating opportunities to strengthen resilience

  • Applying strength-based approaches in place of deficit-focused thinking

  • Integrating the Four Building Blocks of HOPE into daily practice
