Compassion Without Fatigue: Mindfulness, Boundaries, & the Practice of Intentionality

Compassion Without Fatigue

Mindfulness, Boundaries, & the Practice of Intentionality

Join us on November 2nd for our most requested training!

Does your work entail significant or ongoing stress? Have you ever found yourself feeling completely exhausted or weighed down by another’s pain? We invite you to join us for a practical, interactive, best-practice training to support your own resilience.

Participants will gain a conceptual framework for:

  • The differences between secondary trauma, moral injury, compassion fatigue, and burnout

  • How these experiences develop — and how to recover

  • The relationship between mindfulness, boundaries, empathy, and resilience

Participants will walk away with protective strategies:

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Tools to reinforce intrapersonal boundaries

  • Rapid Resets to use when triggered in the moment

  • Practicing empathy as a skill (vs. feeling) to protect your emotional reserves

  • Rituals of Release for personal vitality

This is a free community training open to all. CEUs available.
