Coaching Cohorts

A space to do this work together

We’ve been noticing a pattern in many of our conversations lately. People are craving community, integration support, and ongoing access to learning. Wanting space to explore how trauma-informed resilience practices can become part of their everyday work, leadership, organizations, and lives.

To meet this need, we are piloting a new idea: a small coaching group for people from various industries. This multi-session program would bring together a group of people who want to actively apply the work Resilient Colorado has been sharing for the past 8 years. Whether within their organizations, in their own businesses, or in their personal lives. This program would be centered on real-world application, shared learning, and meaningful support along the way.

Participants would have the opportunity to:

  • Apply trauma-informed and healing-centered tools to real situations

  • Receive structured support between sessions

  • Reflect on what is working, what feels challenging, and what needs to change

  • Build practical next steps that are realistic for their context

  • Learn alongside peers from different sectors and backgrounds

  • Develop relationships that support continued learning and connection

When people working in different systems come together, we can begin to see shared patterns, challenge siloed thinking, and imagine more connected approaches to individual, organizational, and community well-being.

What our clients have to say:

  • "Had I known this when I started my nonprofit work my whole life would have been different. My family would have been different." — Grand County Rural Health Network

  • “I appreciated the practicality - providing new language and tools to help us understand what we experience and have some new agency around it.” — Davis Phinney Foundation

Are you ready for a deeper-dive?

Topics may include:

  • Moving beyond burnout and individual “self-care"

  • What resilience really means

  • Turning values into everyday policies, practices, and team norms

  • Trauma-informed communication

  • Psychological safety, trust, and belonging

  • Boundaries, workload, and the conditions that support sustainable care

  • Cultural humility and honoring different lived experiences

  • Building protective factors for individuals, teams, and communities

  • Moving from awareness to accountability and meaningful action

We envision including:

  • A comprehensive resource library

  • Session recordings

  • Practical worksheets and implementation tools

  • An online space for connection, reflection, and between-session collaboration

  • Opportunities to continue learning together after the cohort ends
